We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

7. UK and European Consumer Cancellation Rights

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

8. Refunds
