This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through truezzz.com are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. This website is operated by Signal Commerce LTD, trading as TruezzZ.
We currently ship to customers within the United States. Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order processing includes payment verification, order confirmation, fulfilment preparation, and handover to our shipping partners. During busy periods, such as holidays, sales, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times (United States)
We offer the following shipping options to the United States, shown at checkout:
- Free Tracked Shipping — FREE. Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days.
- Priority Insured Shipping — $7.95. Estimated delivery: 6–9 business days. Includes shipment insurance and priority tracking.
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the order date and include processing time. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on the shipping method you select. We offer free standard tracked shipping on all United States orders. A priority insured shipping upgrade is available for $7.95.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the refund relates to an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number has been issued. Tracking updates may be delayed while a package is in transit or awaiting carrier scanning.

5. Multiple Shipments
Orders may occasionally be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfilment processing. If your order ships in multiple packages, items may arrive at different times and you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because we ship your order in multiple packages.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@truezzz.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed or dispatched. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be resent due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, high order volumes, or fulfilment delays.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@truezzz.com and we will help check the status of your shipment.
8. Lost Packages
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at contact@truezzz.com with your full name, order number, the email address used to place the order, your shipping address, and any tracking information available.
We will review the shipment status and, where appropriate, contact the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
9. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery address and with neighbours or household members, contact the carrier using your tracking details, and then contact us at contact@truezzz.com if you still cannot locate it.
We will assist where reasonably possible. However, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address, unless required by law.
10. Failed, Refused, or Uncollected Deliveries
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect, the package may be returned or delayed by the carrier.
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss available options. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending an order. Any refund may exclude original shipping fees or return charges, where permitted by law.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.
